Responsibilities
Functional
- Develop, maintain, and manage assessment, monitoring, and reporting tools for in-field activities, organization development and education, and community impact
· Develop and maintain a MEL calendar that monitors the deployment of tools throughout the year
· Review and update the design of the foundation’s existing monitoring tools and reporting templates for accurate and effective tracking of all monitoring/output level data
· Conduct analysis on output tools as needed
· Support the analysis and reporting process for select outcome tools
· Collate all necessary and relevant data for reporting to funders and stakeholders as per the reporting schedule
· Write narrative reports, inclusive of relevant data and information, for funders and stakeholders
· Build capacities of and upskill of employees to effectively use the various tools
· Undertake an annual review of MEL systems to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and areas of success
· Manage the alumni tracker
· Collation and distribution of necessary output data for reporting, presentations, marketing, and any other internal/external dissemination of data.
- Manage the setup of tool deployment channels in cost-effective, reliable, and appropriate methods
- Manage and lead M&E Officer
Administrative
· Compilation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Keep all colleagues well informed of any updates and changes
