Apart from the various consumer brands, the VKB Group is also represented by its regional brands: VKB, GWK and NTK. QPro Feeds is a dynamic Animal Feed Manufacturing business with a facility in both Bethlehem and Vrede. We are responsible for producing animal feed to in-house clients as well as external clients in the monogastric and ruminant fields.

Job Description

The ideal team player will manage and control the integrity of Q-Pro’s financial data, ensuring that the ERP System (Microsoft Navision) is exploited optimally, and all stock movement is executed and documented correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Equivalent.
• BCom Degree or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
• 2 - 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Experience in warehouse and stock controlling in the FMCG environment.
• Proven experience in TMS and WMS systems will be beneficial.
• Must be computer literate - Microsoft Package with excel on advanced level.
• A willingness to work overtime where requested.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Capturing of daily productions on the ERP system.
• Monthly Recon/Mass Recon/Inventory Valuation.
• Item locations, UOM etc. corrections.
• General Stock quires.
• Identifying and informing of stock movement variances.
• Prepare count sheets for monthly stock take.
• Plan, organise and communicate monthly stock take.
• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
• Stock transfers and processing
• Generating reports
• Ensure you are fully familiar with all products.
• Adhere to all changes in the system and operation as required.
• Awareness of all stock returns and “odds” and ensure relevant documentation is available.
• Report and follow up on all discrepancies.

• Excellent computer skills and the ability to work with Excel on an advanced level.
