The Marketing Manager oversees and executes day-to-day marketing operations, manages ongoing projects, supports the creative team, and ensures timely execution of marketing initiatives. This person is responsible for delivering high-quality marketing assets, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring all communication reflects the Rise Up Kings brand and mission.
This role reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates with other departments to support product launches, events, and ongoing marketing activities. This role will own execution and optimization within an approved strategy. Strategic direction, major budget shifts, and offer architecture remain with the Marketing Director.
This is a full-time role requiring weekday availability between 8 AM - 5 PM CST, including participation in video calls for team collaboration. There may be some additional hours. Hours could range from 40 to 50 per week for this high-level role.
Candidate Requirements

5+ years experience in marketing coordination, project management, or marketing management roles, ideally including agency experience.

Strong copywriting and editing skills. Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and with emotional resonance.

Confident managing websites and landing pages (GHL, WordPress, ClickFunnels).

Experience in CRM/email marketing platforms (Ontraport strongly desired).

Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tracking + setup

Strong organizational and project management skills with a bias toward action and follow-through.

Ability to interpret marketing data and adjust tactics to improve results.

Experience overseeing designers, contractors, or marketing staff.

High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
