We are looking for an experienced Clinic Setup Coordinator to oversee the launch of a new primary healthcare clinic. This is a project-based role focused entirely on establishing clinic operations and systems, not clinical service delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail or clinic setup experience who enjoys building operational systems from scratch.
Required Skills
- Project Management Plan: 1 to 2 years
- Managing Site: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
•Matric (Grade 12)
•Registered Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
•Qualification in Primary Health Care and Occupational Healthcare
•Minimum 5+ years’ experience in clinic operations and/or healthcare management
•Proven experience in medical aid billing and healthcare administration
•Experience in setting up and launching clinics, pharmacies, or similar healthcare retail operations
•Strong knowledge of clinic operations, including stock management and billing systems
•Solid project management and operational setup expertise
•Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
•Strong numerical and mathematical skills
•Moderate to intermediate computer literacy (essential)
•Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
