AREA MANAGERClanwilliamSalary – Market related We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Area Manager to lead operations in the Clanwilliam region, Western Cape. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned professional to take full ownership of table grape production while shaping high-performing teams in a leading agricultural environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic oversight of farm production, budgets, and infrastructure
Driving quality, compliance, and operational excellence
Leading, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best
Building and sustaining strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

10–15 years’ experience in table grape production (mandatory)
Citrus experience is an advantage
Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Deep knowledge of farm operations, infrastructure, and people management
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
