A leading private hospital in Durban is seeking an experienced Unit Manager for the Maternity and NICU units. The successful candidate will oversee both units, ensuring high standards of maternal and neonatal care.

Requirements:

•                    Registered Nurse with SANC

•                    Post basic qualification in Midwifery and/or Neonatal Nursing

•                    5+ years’ Maternity/NICU experience

•                    3+ years’ management experience

•                    Strong leadership and clinical governance skills

•                    Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
