The Assistant Brand Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of the pasta and breakfast categories through innovation, digital engagement, and effective in-market execution. This role focuses on delivering impactful brand strategies, enhancing consumer engagement, and supporting revenue and market share growth through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans aimed at increasing market share and maximizing profitability, informed by consumer insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
Plan, manage, and implement promotional, digital, and social media activities aligned with overall brand strategies.
Lead and coordinate the innovation process, including project financials, business cases, packaging development, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market execution.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including creative development, digital assets, ATL and BTL communications, packaging, POS materials, and market research.
Conduct ongoing market and consumer research to identify emerging trends, innovation opportunities, and potential risks, and share actionable insights with the broader team.
Partner closely with sales teams to understand retail and wholesale dynamics, optimizing distribution, promotional strategies, and shopper marketing initiatives.
Support the day-to-day administrative and operational requirements to ensure smooth coordination and execution of brand activities.

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsExperience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (essential).
Minimum of 2–4 years’ post-degree experience in a marketing role (essential).
At least 1 year of FMCG marketing experience with exposure to trade and sales (essential).
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or related discipline (desirable).
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing and the ability to leverage digital channels to enhance brand performance.
Proven ability to align shopper marketing initiatives with broader brand strategies.
Solid knowledge of key marketing drivers and how to translate them into market share and revenue growth.
Demonstrated project management experience across innovation, campaigns, and activations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, as well as an understanding of distribution and revenue drivers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
