Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our fast food establishment. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving profitability. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fast food chicken establishment, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, and customer service
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high-quality service and consistent product offerings
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to drive profitability and make informed business decisions
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other managers and team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the fast food industry, preferably with a focus on chicken products
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business management or related field preferred
