We are hiring a Test Analyst the to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and analytics models by designing, executing, and documenting tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to enhance overall report quality.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in system testing, validation, or QA
• Strong grasp of software testing principles and methodologies
• Skilled in test case design, execution, and defect tracking
• Familiar with Agile/DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Git, JIRA, or similar tools
Duties and Responsibilities:
Test Planning:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Establish testing scope, goals, and acceptance criteria.
Test Execution:

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing where required.
• Execute test cases and accurately capture results to ensure thorough coverage.
• Identify, log, and prioritise defects, discrepancies, or irregularities.
• Validate fixes and conduct retesting as needed.
Test Environment Setup:

• Prepare and configure test environments that closely replicate production settings.
• Ensure availability and accuracy of test data.
• Work with system administrators and infrastructure teams to support testing needs.
Collaboration:

• Partner with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
• Contribute to design discussions to proactively identify potential issues.
• Provide input on system design and architecture to improve testability.
Documentation:

• Develop and maintain detailed testing documentation, including plans, cases, and reports.
• Compile test summaries and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging testing tools and technologies.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to improve testing processes.
• Promote a strong culture of quality assurance across the organisation.
