We’re growing—and looking for a commercially driven Media Sales / Business Development professional to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue through digital advertising sales (publications, web, newsletters)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and key decision-makers
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Develop tailored proposals aligned to client objectives and budgets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to campaign delivery and renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Represent the brand at selected industry events and networking opportunities
Working Style
- Primarily office-based with some flexibility depending on client needs
- Open to candidates based in greater Western Cape
- Travel required for client meetings and events

Candidate Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates from media sales or closely related B2B sales environments who can demonstrate strong commercial ability.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B sales (media, advertising, publishing, or similar)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience working with corporates, agencies, or marketing teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach to business development
- Comfortable using CRM systems and conducting virtual presentations
Advantageous:
- Experience in digital advertising (banners, newsletters, publications)
- Understanding of campaign performance metrics
