Duties

Managing internal queries between Operations and PSS.
Maintaining the Daily Wave Failures dashboard (critical, as unresolved items delay picking).
Managing the Outbound Line Status report and associated dashboards- giving all stakeholders visibility of output throughout the day.
Candidate should have Intermediate excel skills would be a great help to work through data when required as well as dashboards etc.
Possible scheduling tasks.
Monitoring of replenishment tasks. 
Assisting the team with customer calls.
