Duties

Managing internal queries between Operations and PSS.
Maintaining the Daily Wave Failures dashboard (critical, as unresolved items delay picking).
Managing the Outbound Line Status report and associated dashboards- giving all stakeholders visibility of output throughout the day.
Candidate should have Intermediate excel skills would be a great help to work through data when required as well as dashboards etc.
Possible scheduling tasks.
Monitoring of replenishment tasks.
Assisting the team with customer calls.

Candidate Requirements

Skills Required

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work setting.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Basic numeracy and record‑keeping skills.
Good computer literacy.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Awareness of health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Education

Matric and a qualification in Operations Management or a similar field.
