Develop and optimize CNC Programs for complex parts

Collaborate with production teams to ensure programs run smoothly

Produce and maintain accurate setup sheets and documentation

Troubleshoot programming issues and implement improvements

Support both turning and milling departments

*Matric and relevant qualification

*Computer Literate (MS Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access etc.)

*SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Mastercam and/or Edgecam

*Proven programming for both turning and milling (ESSENTIAL)

*5th Axis programming experience is a strong advantage

*Must have a Driver's License - Code 8 (Own reliable transport)

*Mut reside in the Vaal Triangle

Must be between +-25 of age

*Neat, disciplined and highly organized approach

*Ability to create detailed setup sheets, document programs, asign program numbers and maintain control documentation
