Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Growth- Identify and develop new business opportunities across mining operations, OEMs, and contractors
- Design and implement targeted sales strategies within mining and industrial sectors
- Drive market penetration through proactive engagement and relationship building
Client Engagement & Technical Sales
- Conduct site visits to understand operational challenges and requirements
- Recommend fit-for-purpose polyurethane solutions aligned to client needs
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients
Sales Execution
- Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and solutions
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting through CRM systems
- Convert opportunities into sustainable, long-term business
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with technical and production teams to ensure solution alignment
- Ensure product specifications meet client expectations and operational requirements
Brand & Market Presence
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client engagements
- Build credibility as a trusted advisor within the mining sector
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial sales- Proven exposure to mining or heavy industry environments
- Experience in polyurethane, industrial chemicals, coatings, or polymers advantageous
- Strong understanding of mining operations and maintenance processes
- Technical ability to translate product value into operational benefit
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards within mining environments
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively to sites

- Confident engaging with engineers, operators, and decision-makers
- Resilient, self-managed, and comfortable in demanding environment
