Key Responsibilities
Market Development & ExpansionIdentify and develop new markets across Africa
Establish and grow distributor and partner networks
Conduct market research to understand regional dynamics and opportunities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales targets across multiple territories
Develop and execute regional sales strategies
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders
Travel across regions to maintain and grow partnerships
Represent the business in meetings, trade events, and client engagements
Operational Coordination
Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and internal teams
Ensure smooth delivery, stock availability, and client satisfaction
Navigate cross-border trade requirements and processes
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in sales within a distribution or product-based environmentExperience working across African markets essential
Strong understanding of cross-border trade and regional business dynamics
Valid passport and willingness to travel
