Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement- Engage with walk-in and referred customers professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Convert leads into successful sales
Sales Performance
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Actively generate new business through networking and referrals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline
Deal Management
- Structure deals and present finance options (where applicable)
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant
Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the buying journey
Minimum Requirements
- Previous sales experience (automotive sales highly advantageous)- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Valid driver’s licence
- Well-presented and professional
