Introduction:

The main purpose of the job is to ensure that all goods dispatched are attended to efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures, service principles and operational processes requirements.

Description:

• Effectively Co-ordinating customer deliveries


• Effectively maintain administrative functions


• Inspire, motivate, guide, develop and manage, and lead employees to meet the store's objectives. Apply all company policies and procedures and best practice principles to maintain a harmonious labour environment


• Checking forklifts are ready to operate by checking oil, water and mechanical ports


• Monitor and manage staff attendance


• Ensuring customer driving into yard are attended to


• Ensure legal compliance with all legislation relating to the operation of the business and that appropriate action is taken in respect of all legal matters


• Reporting any discrepancies to management immediately


• Maintaining staff roster for weekends and public holidays


• Maintain and manage Stock effectively and accurately


• Physically checking stock and delivery vehicles leaving the yard


• To uphold and promote the company values



Requirements:




• Grade 12


• 2 years’ experience in a similar role


• Technical qualification or Diploma


• Basic computer skills


• Knowledge of relevant systems
