Digital Ecommerce ManagerEcommerce ManagerThe Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the overall performance, optimisation, and day-to-day management of the online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving online sales growth

Minimum requirements:

Key Responsibilities
Platform & Catalogue Management
- Manage daily operations of the ecommerce platform (Magento or similar)
- Maintain product catalogue, categories, pricing, and product data (incl. CSV uploads & SEO)
- Monitor site performance and coordinate fixes with developers
Merchandising, Pricing & Stock
- Manage online merchandising, promotions, and campaigns
- Implement pricing, discounts, and promotional offers
- Oversee stock availability, inventory alignment, and product visibility
Orders, Fulfilment & Customer Experience
- Oversee order processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination
- Manage returns, refunds, and resolve order issues
- Handle customer queries and ensure a high-quality customer experience
Operations & Team Management
- Align ecommerce with ERP systems (e.g. NAV) and internal processes
- Manage stock movements and data accuracy across channels
- Supervise and support the Ecommerce Coordinator
UX, Strategy & Marketing Support
- Optimise website UX, conversion rates, and checkout flow
- Monitor performance (sales, traffic, AOV, cart abandonment)
- Support digital campaigns and drive ecommerce growth initiatives
Reporting & Projects
- Produce performance reports and provide insights
- Manage external developers and ecommerce projects

3–5+ years ecommerce management experience (retail preferred)
Experience with Magento or similar platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Strong catalogue, merchandising, and promotional management experience
Advanced Excel and data handling skills (CSV, reporting)
ERP experience (Microsoft NAV or similar)
Solid understanding of ecommerce operations (orders, fulfilment, returns)
Knowledge of UX and digital marketing principles
Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills
