Employer: The Caretakers
- Prepare and process payment requisitions.
- Submit payment requests to management for approval.
- Ensure all supporting documents are attached and correctly recorded.
- Order stock when required.
- Issue stock to teams and record all stock movements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and track stock levels.
- Ensure stock is properly stored and accounted for.
- Manage and record fuel allocations for sites.
- Monitor fuel usage and ensure correct allocations per site.
- Maintain records of fuel issued.
- Request and obtain quotations from suppliers when required.
- Assist management in comparing quotations and preparing them for approval.
- Monitor and manage consumables such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure adequate stock is available for sites and the office.
- Maintain stock levels for maintenance materials and supplies.
- Ensure maintenance teams have the required materials available.
- Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stock.
- Order PPE when needed.
- Issue PPE to staff and keep records of issued equipment.
- Conduct stock takes for vehicles and equipment.
- Verify tools, equipment, and materials assigned to vehicles.
- Report shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Assist management with administrative tasks when required.
- Maintain organised records and documentation.
- Support smooth daily office operations.

Required Skills
- Admin: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Strong administrative and organisation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and computer skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks.
