Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management

Monitor and manage the NPD and Marketing project matrix on a daily basis.
Track project schedules, milestones, and requirements.
Coordinate and oversee workflow from project initiation to production handover.
Ensure all process documentation is updated and maintained accurately.
Distribute inter-departmental meeting notes and ensure follow-through on action items.
Facilitate effective communication between all relevant team members.

New Product Development (NPD) 

Manage internal communication and follow-up across departments. 
Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables. 
Coordinate project schedules with relevant team members. 
Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are achieved.

NPD & Production Coordination 

Continuously monitor the production plan and associated deadlines.  Ensure alignment between NPD deliverables and production requirements. 
Facilitate smooth transition from development to production.

NPD & Quality Coordination 

Ensure all project-related documentation complies with the applicable QFMS system. 
Monitor adherence to required testing and approval processes. 
Ensure projects meet all quality and compliance standards prior to production

Marketing Support

Monitor timelines for advertising and social media execution.
Track internal marketing projects to ensure timeous implementation.
Support alignment between NPD timelines and marketing activities.

Internal Communication

Provide daily WhatsApp action updates.
Ensure teams are informed of progress, outstanding actions, and deadlines.
