We are looking for a motivated self-driven person with an optional national diploma/BTech in Horticulture to grow into a senior management position in the landscape/grounds maintenance industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain and execute daily schedules

- Create and implement work schedules and protocols

- Carry out instructions according to company standards and manager requirements

- On-site supervision and staff management

- Manage all gardening equipment and machinery

- Communicate with other managers and senior management efficiently

- Site inspections and comprehensive reporting

- Client communication

- Present the company at client meetings when required

- Transporting staff to and from sites when required

- Employ and train new ground staff when required

- Plants and material sourcing 

- Manage logistics

- Hard landscaping and irrigation

- Staff training and management

- Quality control
