Key Responsibilities
Graphics Department Support

Manage allocated projects under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer and Sales, NPD and Marketing Manager.
Coordinate project timelines and ensure effective communication on progress and deliverables.
Regenerate and prepare customer artworks to required production standards.
Prepare all relevant NPD-related documentation.
Assist with departmental workflow and process administration.

Technical Design Responsibilities

Regeneration and preparation of customer artwork for production.
Preparation of positives and other pre-production technical outputs.
Compilation and completion of all NPD process-related documentation.
Ensure artwork meets technical specifications and production requirements.

Administrative & Technical Documentation
Prepare and maintain process-related documentation for:

NPD
Graphics
Quality Assurance (QA)
Health & Safety
Logistics
Production
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

Creative Design Responsibilities

Develop new design concepts for clients.
Assist with marketing materials and social media creative.
Support the creative execution of client briefs within technical constraints.

Operational & Departmental Support

Assist with maintenance and upkeep of Graphics Department machinery.
Participate in production sample sign-offs.
Provide quality-related assistance where required.
Support sample processing and assessment.
Perform ad hoc duties as required by management.

Internal Communication 

Provide daily WhatsApp action updates. 
Keep relevant teams informed of project status and outstanding tasks.
