Key Accountability 2: QMS compliance
| · Manage and control site procedures as set out in Ops policy 06 C. · Ensure site induction to all new employees as set out in OPS Policy 07 C. · Ensure that detailed job descriptions are compiled for all TRT officers as set out in OPS Policy 09 C. · Ensure and evaluate compliance to the objective plan. · Attend to client complaints and address them as set out in Ops Policy 016 C. · Ensure continuous customer liaison. · Ensure monthly meetings are conducted with Supervisors. · Ensure monthly ERF (Employee Representative Forum) meetings as set out in Ops Policy 012 C. · Attend monthly ERF meetings as set out in Ops Policy 012C. · Ensure proper weekly and monthly planning for operations as set out in Ops policy 013 C. · Ensure supervisory visits are conducted as set out in Ops policy 015 C. · Handle major incidents in the prescribed way as set out in Ops Policy 017 C. · Ensure that self and cross audits are conducted as set out in Ops Policy 018 C. · Ensure overtime shifts are dealt with according to the guidelines set in Ops policy 02 S. · Ensure equipment control is done as set out in Ops policy 05 S. · Ensure site procedures and emergency plans are in place according to the customer requirements as set out in OPS Policy 06 C. · Ensure site procedures and emergency plans are practiced regularly. · Ensure TRT officers comply with the Company’s dress code. · Advise TRT team leaders about important/problematic physical risk factors. · Ensure investigations of crime scenes are conducted and completed. · Ensure that detailed investigation reports are compiled. · Ensure investigations are conducted for all contract claims against the Company. · Forward all documentation regarding possible and confirmed contract claims as per company claims procedures. (Operation manager). · Ensure that preventative actions are taken after incidents to prevent re-occurrence. · Ensure TRT officers deployed on site is according to the customer agreements/contracts. · Ensure disciplinary hearings, appeals and grievances are conducted according to the Company Disciplinary Code. | 75% | · As per QMS applicable policy |

Management Ability | Management of Site Procedures and staff management is part of the day to day job. People-management skills, experience and natural ability is a must. |
Any other skills not included above | Proficient understanding of risk identification and risk mitigation. Operational planning to mitigate identified risks and to plan operations according to information received and or ADHOC operations. |
