Join a manufacturing team as a SHEQ Manager in Gauteng!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) systems to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations. You will also maintain and improve integrated management systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001,. Your expertise in risk management, incident investigation, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives will be essential in ensuring compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality legislation.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering and SAMTRAC / COMSOC / NEBOSH certification. A diploma in Safety Management/Environmental Management will be beneficial. You should also have experience as an ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
The successful candidate will have 8+ years’ SHEQ experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ in a senior role. Experience in steel manufacturing or similar environments is essential.
