The potential candidates needs to meet the following requirements:  

Relevant Degree (essential)

15+ Years Experience within FMCG / Food Manufacturing (essential)

5+ Years Experience in a Senior Management Role

Experience with Payroll

Extensive Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, SDA, Skills Development Levies Act, COIDA, EEA, POPI etc

Strong Computer Literacy
