Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities:

·        Measurement & Valuations

Measure works from drawings and site for:

Monthly subcontractor payment certificates

Progress valuations

Variations and dayworks

Prepare and update subcontractor measurement sheets and claim backup

Assist with final account measurements

Subcontractor Payment Administration

o   Receive, check and prepare monthly subcontractor payment claims

o   Reconcile claimed quantities against site progress

o   Prepare payment certificates for approval by the Project QS

o   Track retention, materials on site and payment status

Site & Contract Administration

·        Maintain accurate records of:

o   Site Instructions

o   Variation orders

o   Correspondence and claim support

·        Assist with JBCC-compliant documentation and registers

Site Interface

Work closely with:

o   Site Engineer

o   Foremen

o   Subcontractors

Verify work completed on site to support claims and valuations

Computer packages:

CCS Candy or Excel-based measurement systems
