Position: Application Development Team Lead

Summary:
The Application Development Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, as well as experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define application requirements and priorities
- Plan and prioritize development tasks, assign tasks to team members, and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them to grow and develop their skills
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration of applications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in software development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
