An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Bookkeeper at my client in Pretoria

Minimum requirements:

Maintain accurate financial records by posting transactions and ensuring daily legal compliance.
Follow and enforce established financial policies and procedures.
Manage stock control, inventory movements, invoicing, and creditor payments.
Conduct monthly stock takes and reconcile inventory to the general ledger before submitting management reports.
Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts through verification, allocation, and posting of transactions.
Maintain and balance the general ledger by transferring subsidiary summaries, preparing trial balances, and reconciling accounts.
Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements, ensure statutory compliance (including VAT), support audits, and align financial processes with business operations.
