A mine based in Northern Cape is actively looking for a reliable and experienced Plant Manager.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

· Metallurgical Degree or Technicon Higher Diploma.

· At least 5 years post graduate experience in an extraction metallurgy environment

· Minimum Five years production Management experience in a concentrator environment

· Ensure the safe and environmentally friendly operation of the Metallurgical processes.

· Manage the Logistics process.

· Ensure the quality standards are maintained.

· Liaise with Mining and Engineering to ensure effective and efficient process flow.
