You will work with an existing client base and have the opportunity to build further on strong relationships in the technical and industrial sector.
- Working with an existing technical client base
- Developing new client relationships and securing job specifications
- Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients
- Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
- Presenting candidates to clients
- Managing interview processes
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Enjoys building relationships with both clients and candidates
- Has the ability to sell recruitment services and develop new business
