A well-established company in the industrial lighting industry is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

Minimum requirements:

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee stores receiving and dispatching.
- Manage stock control and stock management processes.
- Supervise a warehouse team of 7 pickers/pullers and 3 drivers.
- Oversee the delivery fleet and warehouse housekeeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, creditors, and debtors.
- Ensure timekeeping, workflow efficiency, and meeting operational deadlines.
- Maintain and support ISO9001 procedures and implementation.
Requirements
- Post-school qualification in warehousing or stock control.
- Own reliable transport.
- Experience with stock management systems (SAGE 300 advantageous).
- Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical components.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Lighting industry experience will be advantageous.
