Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Content & Social Media: Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials

Research & Analytics: Conduct market research to identify trends and compile performance reports, including ROI and engagement metrics.
Administration & Support: Manage CRM data, update databases, and provide administrative support for the marketing team.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, webinars, and conferences to promote brand presence

Marketing: 2 to 3 years
Social Media Marketing: 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials and interacting with clients.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CMS (like WordPress) or CRM tools.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms, SEO best practices, and email marketing tools.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Education & Experience: High school diploma required, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field often preferred( not essential)
