Job Purpose

To assemble, maintain, repair, and overhaul mechanical components of electrical rotating equipment including motors, pumps, and generators to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime for industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of electric motors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify mechanical faults, wear, and damage in rotating machinery.
• Replace bearings, seals, shafts, and other mechanical components.
• Align rotating machinery components to OEM specifications.
• Conduct precision measurements using micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges.
• Assist in refurbishment and overhaul projects of industrial rotating equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with company quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with electricians, millwrights, and machinists during repairs.
• Maintain clean and safe working conditions in workshop and field environments.
