A well-established and highly respected industrial manufacturing company in the bakeware and food production equipment sector is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen its quality management systems and compliance processes.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ Relevant qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
✅ 5+ years’ experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
✅ Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems and auditing processes.
✅ Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
✅ Proven ability to implement and manage quality systems and compliance frameworks.
✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
