My client, a well-established company in the agricultural sector, is currently in the process of opening a new feed mill in Middelburg and is seeking to appoint an experienced Shift Manager. The ideal candidate should be based in or around the Middelburg area, as the role requires a local presence to support the mill’s operational activities.

To oversee and manage the shift process, which includes HR, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration and operations and to ensure the smooth running of the mill so that customers can receive good quality feed on time, in a cost effective way.
