National Diploma/LLB/BCom Law Complete or final year + 5 Years+ experience within Labour Law/Bargaining Council or similar. Knowledge of Labour Law/Labour Relations Act and Basic Conditions of Employment. Good communicator, problem solving and report writing. Would suit a person from a Credit Regulatory/Authority/Labour background.
