Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Admin/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. They will also be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a proven track record of success in financial management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Oversee payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Prepare and present financial statements to senior management
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and controls

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
