💼Junior Draftsman
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Draftsman to support the engineering and design team in preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and schematics. Key Responsibilities:
· Technical Drawings: Prepare and revise detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using CAD software.
· Design Interpretation: Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design requirements to produce accurate drawings.
· Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and senior draftsmen to develop accurate project documentation.
· Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with relevant engineering codes, standards, and project specifications.
· Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of drawings, versions, and revisions.
· Site Assistance: Assist with site measurements and data collection when required.
· Project Support: Provide technical support to project teams during design and construction phases.

Job Requirements:
· National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
· Diploma or NQF Level 5–6 qualification in Drafting, Engineering Design, or a related field.
· minimum 2- 3  years relevant drafting experience.
· Proficiency and experience in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Inventor.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
· Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical standards.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Software experience related to drafting and design systems.
· Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Willlingness to learn and adapt in a growing environment

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Tegniese Tekeninge: Berei gedetailleerde tegniese tekeninge, uitlegte en skemas voor en hersien dit met behulp van CAD-sagteware.
· Ontwerpinterpretasie: Interpreteer ingenieursskets, spesifikasies en ontwerpvereistes om akkurate tekeninge te ontwikkel.
· Samewerking: Werk saam met ingenieurs en senior tekenaars om akkurate projekdokumentasie te ontwikkel.
· Nakoming: Verseker dat alle tekeninge aan relevante ingenieurskodes, standaarde en projekspesifikasies voldoen.
· Dokumentbestuur: Handhaaf georganiseerde rekords van tekeninge, weergawes en hersienings.
· Terreinondersteuning: Help met terreinmetings en dataversameling wanneer nodig.
· Projekondersteuning: Verskaf tegniese ondersteuning aan projekspanne tydens ontwerp- en konstruksiefases.

Pos Vereistes:
· Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12).
· Diploma of NQF Vlak 5–6 kwalifikasie in Tekening, Ingenieursontwerp of ’n verwante veld.
· Minimum 2-3 jaar relevante tekenaar-ervaring.
· Vaardigheid en ondervinding in CAD-sagteware soos AutoCAD of Inventor.
· Vermoë om tegniese tekeninge en spesifikasies te lees en te interpreteer.
· Basiese begrip van ingenieursbeginsels en tegniese standaarde.
· Goeie kommunikasie- en spanwerkvaardighede.
· Sagteware-ervaring met teken- en ontwerpsisteme.
· Vermoë om akkuraat onder druk te werk en sperdatums te haal.
· Gewilligheid om te leer en aan te pas in groeiende omgewing.
