Our client is looking for a professional and responsible Risk / Security Manager to oversee and manage security operations, risk control, and staff supervision within the organization. This role is essential in ensuring safety, operational control, and compliance with company procedures while maintaining a secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

💰Salary: R25,000 – R30,000

Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Reporting: Report operational issues, suspicious activities, theft, or irregular behavior to top management.
· Security Oversight: Monitor store security, staff movement outside departments, and suspicious product handling or consumption.
· Procedures Control: Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed correctly and alarm systems are functional.
· Parking & Traffic Management: Control and coordinate parking areas, trolleys, car guards, and vehicle movement within the premises.
· Vehicle Control: Ensure company vehicles follow approved routes, comply with traffic regulations, and are maintained according to company standards.
· CCTV Monitoring: Oversee camera operations, coordinate with monitoring personnel, and ensure surveillance systems operate correctly.
· Security Coordination: Work closely with security providers to ensure guards report for duty, follow procedures, and maintain correct uniforms and conduct.
· Staff Supervision: Supervise parcel counters, invoice clerks, external workers, and other operational staff while monitoring attendance and schedules.
· Loss Control: Prevent loss within the business by monitoring goods, deliveries, and operational processes.
· Documentation & Compliance: Ensure delivery documents, invoices, and records are completed accurately before vehicles leave the premises.
· Facility Security: Ensure all gates, doors, and entry points are controlled and secured when necessary.
· Operational Monitoring: Ensure effective communication between security personnel, camera monitoring teams, and management.

Job Requirements:
· National Senior Certificate.
· Risk Management qualification or related training.
· Health & Safety certifications.
· First Aid certification.
· Fire Fighting certification.
· Health & Safety Officer certification.
· Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
· Minimum of 3+ years’ relevant experience in security or risk management.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Operasionele Rapportering: Rapporteer onproduktiewe optrede, verdagte aktiwiteite, diefstal en onreëlmatige gedrag aan topbestuur.
· Sekuriteitstoesig: Monitor sekuriteit in die winkel, personeelbewegings buite hul afdelings en verdagte produkhantering of -gebruik.
· Prosedurebeheer: Verseker dat oop- en sluitprosedures korrek gevolg word en dat alarmstelsels in werkende toestand is.
· Parkeer- en Verkeersbeheer: Bestuur en koördineer parkeerareas, trollies, motorwagte en voertuigbewegings op die perseel.
· Voertuigbeheer: Verseker dat maatskappyvoertuie goedgekeurde roetes volg, verkeersreëls nakom en volgens maatskappyvereistes onderhou word.
· CCTV Monitering: Hou toesig oor kamerastelsels, koördineer moniteringspersoneel en verseker dat toesigstelsels behoorlik funksioneer.
· Sekuriteitskoördinering: Werk saam met sekuriteitsverskaffers om te verseker dat wagte aan diens rapporteer en prosedures nakom.
· Personeeltoesig: Hou toesig oor pakkieskantoor, faktuurklerke, buitewerkers en ander operasionele personeel.
· Verliesbeheer: Monitor prosesse en produkte om verliese binne die besigheid te voorkom.
· Dokumentasie & Nakoming: Verseker dat fakture, afleweringsnotas en ander dokumentasie volledig voltooi is voordat voertuie die terrein verlaat.
· Fasiliteitsekuriteit: Verseker dat hekke, deure en toegangspunte behoorlik beheer en gesluit word wanneer nodig.
· Operasionele Monitering: Verseker effektiewe samewerking tussen sekuriteitspersoneel, kamera-moniteringspanne en bestuur.

Pos Vereistes:
· Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12).
· Risiko-bestuur kwalifikasie of verwante opleiding.
· Health & Safety sertifikate.
· First Aid sertifikaat.
· Fire Fighting sertifikaat.
· Health & Safety Officer sertifikaat.
· Eie vervoer en geldige bestuurslisensie.
· Minimum van 3+ jaar relevante ondervinding in sekuriteit of risikobestuur.
