Our client is looking for an energetic and organized Junior Property Manager / Campus Host to serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and guests on the InsideOut campus. This role is essential in providing hospitality-driven service, administrative support, and operational assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day campus operations.

📍Location: Lynnwood Corporate Park, Pretoria
💰Salary: R15,000 – R16,000
🕰️Working Hours: Mon – Fri 07:00 – 17:00 | Sat 07:00 – 15:00

Key Responsibilities:
· Reception & Campus Hosting: Act as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors on the campus.
· Tenant Liaison & Customer Service: Provide general tenant support and maintain positive client relationships.
· Facility Coordination: Assist with coordinating maintenance and facility-related matters on campus.
· Operational Support: Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks.
· Event & Activity Assistance: Assist with events, campus activities, and visitor coordination.
· Administrative Support: Handle general administration and follow-up on tasks.
Job Requirements:
· National Senior Certificate.
· 2–3 years experience in hospitality or a similar customer service environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Well organized and proactive.
· Basic administrative and computer skills.
· Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
· Property management experience will be an advantage.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Ontvangs & Kampusgasheer: Tree op as eerste kontakpunt vir huurders en besoekers op die kampus.
· Huurder-skakeling & Kliëntediens: Verskaf algemene ondersteuning aan huurders en bou positiewe kliëntverhoudings.
· Fasiliteitskoördinering: Help met die koördinering van onderhoud en fasiliteitsverwante sake.
· Operasionele Ondersteuning: Ondersteun die Property Manager met daaglikse operasionele take.
· Geleenthede & Aktiwiteite: Help met kampusgeleenthede, besoekers en aktiwiteite.
· Administratiewe Ondersteuning: Hanteer algemene administrasie en opvolg van take.
Pos Vereistes:
· Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat.
· 2–3 jaar ondervinding in hospitality of soortgelyke kliëntediensomgewing.
· Sterk kommunikasie- en mensevaardighede.
· Goed georganiseerd en proaktief.
· Basiese administrasie- en rekenaarvaardighede.
· Vermoë om probleme vinnig en effektief op te los.
· Eiendomsbestuur ondervinding sal ’n bonus wees.
