DESCRIPTION: You will be working on our Legal Services Campaign, speaking with individuals who have recently experienced a personal injury. These conversations may involve situations such as motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, or slip-and-fall incidents.
Your role is to professionally guide the conversation, ask structured intake questions, and determine whether the caller may qualify to speak with a law firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Handling a high volume of outbound calls using a predictive dialer system.
• Remaining consistently active on the phone for the full shift (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
• Speaking with empathy, clarity, and professionalism when discussing sensitive situations.
• Asking structured intake questions to determine whether a caller may have a valid claim.
You will also explain the potential benefits of speaking with a law firm, including:
✅ Navigating complex insurance and liability laws
💰 Estimating potential compensation
🛡️ Negotiating with insurance providers
🔍 Gathering evidence and documentation
⚖️ Supporting litigation when necessary
💸 No upfront legal costs to the client
🧘 Allowing the client to focus on recovery while the legal team handles the case
When a caller qualifies, you will:
• Transfer the caller directly to an attorney, or
• Complete a detailed intake form for attorney follow-up.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Maintaining accurate notes and records in the CRM system
• Following compliance guidelines and call scripts
• Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
This role is ideal for agents who are comfortable working at a fast pace, making many calls per day, and maintaining strong focus throughout the entire shift.

Candidate Requirements
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS – SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To be considered for this role, you must have strong outbound call center experience and the ability to work in a high-volume dialing environment.
This position is best suited for candidates who have previously worked in sales, collections, or outbound lead generation roles where making hundreds of calls per day is standard.
Minimum requirements:
• 3+ years of call center experience
• Significant outbound dialing experience (predictive dialer experience preferred)
• Comfortable making hundreds of calls per day and staying active on the phone throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week in a structured environment
Strong candidates will also demonstrate:
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear and confident speaking style
• A professional and neutral accent when speaking with U.S. consumers
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask structured questions
• Emotional intelligence when handling sensitive conversations
Work-from-home requirements:
• Dedicated, quiet workspace free from background noise
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
• Backup power or plan for outages (UPS or inverter recommended)
