Location: Darling / Yzerfontein, Western CapeSalary: R30 000 per month Job Overview:Our client, a construction company specializing in residential housing developments, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee building projects in the Darling / Yzerfontein area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
Monitor quality of work and ensure building standards are maintained
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
Manage site materials, deliveries, and stock control
Report on project progress to senior management
Resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively

Minimum Requirements:

5–7 years’ experience as a Site Manager on residential housing projects
Strong knowledge of building processes and site management
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and teams
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within construction
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for the site
Relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related field
