A Mining house based in the Limpopo region is looking for an experienced Business Improvement Manager

Duties:

Manage improvement teams to realise Business goals aligned with Business Unit improvement targets. To own the Improvement Strategy for the area of responsibility

Qualifications /Requirements:

• BEng Industrial Engineering or B Degree (Hons) 
• 8 - 10 years Strong Business Improvement / Continuous improvement experience in Mining with at least 3 - 5 yrs management experience
• Tools/skills: TOC (theory of constraints), Black belt Six sigma, Systems thinking skills
