SanLucar South Africa is seeking a proactive and dynamic Finance Clerk to join their Finance Department based in Paarl.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in finance within the agriculture sector, paired with a meticulous approach to processing and reconciling financial information.

The successful candidate will report to the Accounting Manager: Finance and be responsible for: *Processing supplier invoices accurately and timeously *Verifying documentation, coding, and allocation correctness *Handling supplier queries *Performing supplier reconciliations and resolving discrepancies *Preparing and checking payment batches *Supporting the finance team with administrative and transactional duties.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field;

• 1–2 years’ relevant experience in a financial or accounting environment;

• Working knowledge and experience in invoice processing, basic accounting functions, reconciliations and supplier account management;

• Good computer literacy (MS Office - specifically Excel), Accounting software/SAP will be advantageous.
