Are you our new Talent Acquisition Specialist?
We’re looking for an energetic junior talent hunter to support us in attracting the best talent. High levels of Critical Thinking and Conscientiousness are essential for this role.

📍 Location: Lynnwood, Pretoria
💰 Salary: R18,000 – R23,000 (depending on experience) & Incentive Bonuses
👉 Available Positions: 1
📈 Start Date: As soon as possible

What do you bring to the table?
Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
Tertiary Qualification: Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field (advantageous).
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Excellent communication skills are very important.
Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High level of Critical Thinking and strong Conscientiousness.

Your Mission as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Build a network of top candidates.
Implement creative sourcing methods to identify outstanding talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Use Werkie’s systems and processes to make the recruitment process smooth and effective.
Apply analytical thinking to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure quality placements.
