💼Business Development Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and building lasting relationships with clients within the cyber security industry. If you have a strong background in IT or Cyber Security and sales experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

📍Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
💰Salary: R40,000 - R50,000 
🕰️Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:
Sales-related Tasks:

  • Coordinate and execute outbound sales activities to engage potential clients.

  • Explain the company’s cyber security services and solutions to decision-makers.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Collaborate with internal divisions to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

  • Establish key contact points within client organizations.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients.

  • Develop a pipeline of potential clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

  • Achieve agreed revenue targets and KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  • A strong IT or Cyber Security background is essential.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales (specifically 'Solution Selling').

  • Proven experience in cyber security solutions sales.

  • Computer literate, CRM experience.

  • Good understanding of cyber security, especially in operational technology will be beneficial.

  • Valid drviers license and own reliable transport.

Die rol fokus op die ontwikkeling van nuwe besigheidsgeleenthede, die bestuur van die verkoopsproses en die bou van langtermynverhoudings met kliënte in die kuberveiligheidsbedryf. As jy 'n sterk agtergrond in IT of Kuberveiligheid en verkoexperience het, kan dit die ideale geleentheid vir jou wees!

Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
Verkoopverwante Take:

  • Koördineer en voer uitgaande verkoopsaktiwiteite uit om met potensiële kliënte in gesprek te tree.

  • Verduidelik die maatskappy se kuberveiligheidsdienste en -oplossings aan besluitnemers.

  • Skeduleer en hou vergaderings met potensiële kliënte.

Bestuur van die Verkoopsproses:

  • Bestuur die volledige verkoopsproses, vanaf die generering van potensiële kliënte tot die sluiting van transaksies.

  • Werk saam met interne afdelings om die suksesvolle lewering van oplossings te verseker.

  • Vestig geskikte kontakpunte binne kliënte-organisasies.

Prospektering en Leidraadgenerering:

  • Identifiseer en prospekteer nuwe potensiële kliënte.

  • Ontwikkel ’n pyplyn van potensiële kliënte.

  • Bly op hoogte van bedryfstendense en markontwikkelings.

Maatstawwe en Verslagdoening:

  • Verskaf gereelde verslae oor verkoopsaktiwiteite en prestasie.

  • Bereik die ooreengekome inkomste-teikens en KPI’s.

Pos Vereistes:

  • 'n Sterk IT of Kuberveiligheid agtergrond is noodsaaklik.

  • Minimum 5 jaar se ervaring in verkope (spesifiek 'Solution Selling').

  • Bewese ervaring in kuberveiligheid oplossings verkope.

  • Rekenaar geletterd, CRM ervaring.

  • Goeie begrip van kuberveiligheid, veral in operasionele tegnologie.

  • Geldige bestuurslisensie en eie betroubare vervoer.
