Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for!We’re on the hunt for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our team as our Reception & Administrative Support Champion. You’ll be the welcoming face of the office and the go-to person who helps keep our daily operations flowing seamlessly. What You'll Be DoingThe Friendly First ImpressionAnswer incoming calls and assist callers with their enquiriesDirect calls to the right people and take clear, helpful messagesGreet and assist clients, visitors and the public with professionalism and warmthEnsure visitors sign in and connect them with the staff member they are visitingThe Organizing GuruReceive, open and date-stamp incoming mailEnsure mail and courier items are distributed correctly and on timeManage internal correspondence and filing systemsHandle fax distribution and outgoing documentationThe Administration ProProvide word-processing and general administrative supportType letters, reports, memos and other documentsAssist with meeting preparation, conference calls and committee meetingsSupport with incident and order documentationThe Team SupporterProvide administrative assistance to the CEO and staff when neededHelp coordinate meetings and client engagementsNotify relevant departments about office maintenance issues (like breakages or leakages)Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
