We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Creditors Clerk to join our team in Gauteng East Region.

To perform administrative work that ensures the accurate and on-time payment of creditors, contributing
to good supplier relationships and the availability of the products and services required for effective
service delivery and client satisfaction

PROCESS

Contribute to the provision of a comprehensive administrative service through the correct interpretation and application of procedures to optimise delivery.
Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
Prepare, monitor and verify payments.
Record and report on work activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability.

FINANCE

Ensure that financial administration delivery processes comply with internal control policies, corporate governance standards and report any anomalies to the immediate superior.
Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise efficiencies and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving goals of the office.
Prepare remittance advice and reconcile to creditors statements with-in the set time frames.
Reconcile all accounts in creditors' ledger and resolve outstanding and dispute items in order for payment terms to be met
