Retail Branch Manager - AA/EE CandidateLocation: George, Western CapeA leading national retail company is seeking an experienced and driven Retail Branch Manager to lead operations at its George branch. Key Responsibilities

Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards
Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to achieve performance targets
Oversee training and development of staff to build a high-performing team
Drive community engagement and brand presence within the local area
Ensure financial performance through effective cost control and sales growth
Manage administrative functions and reporting
Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
Demonstrate a strong merchant mindset to optimize product offering and sales opportunities
Ensure the protection of company assets and adherence to operational policies

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ in-store retail sales experience
Minimum 3 years’ Store/Branch Management experience
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Proven track record in shrinkage control, expense management, budgeting, and customer service delivery
IR experience will be advantageous
Experience managing a team of approximately 20–25 staff members
Computer literate (Outlook, MS Word, Excel) with strong numerical skills and exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Target-driven with strong leadership abilities
Valid driver’s licence
