    💼 Dispatch Clerk & Marketing Support
    Our client is looking for a dedicated Dispatch Clerk & Marketing Support to join their team. This role will involve handling dispatch and logistics, stock control, administrative duties, and light social media assistance. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of Canva for designing basic ads.

    📍 Location: Potgietersrus/Mokopane
    💰 Salary: R13 500
    🕰️ Working Hours: Mon-Sat| 07:15 – 17:15, Every Second Saturday
    🪑 Available Positions: 1
    📅 Start Date: ASAP

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Dispatch & Logistics:

      • Prepare, check, and dispatch customer orders accurately and timeously.

      • Verify stock against invoices and delivery notes before dispatch.

      • Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and warehouse staff.

      • Ensure correct labelling, documentation, and proof of delivery processes.

      • Follow up on outstanding deliveries and resolve dispatch-related queries.

      • Maintain accurate dispatch records and filing systems.

      • Assist with stock control, stock counts, and general warehouse duties.

      • Ensure loading and offloading is done safely and according to company procedures.

    • Stock & Administrative Duties:

      • Capture dispatch information on the system accurately.

      • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock immediately.

      • Liaise with sales staff regarding order readiness and customer collections.

      • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dispatch area.

    • Light Social Media Assistance:

      • Assist with taking photos of new stock, promotions, and in-store displays.

      • Post approved content on company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook).

      • Respond to basic customer queries on social media under management guidance.

      • Share promotional specials and marketing campaigns as instructed.

      • Support in maintaining a positive online presence for the store.

    • General Duties:

      • Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.

      • Support other departments when operationally required.

      • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

    Job Requirements:

    • Standard 8

    • Proficiency in Canva and MS Excel.

    • Strong administrative skills.

    • Own Reliable Transport and Valid drivers license
    • Experience in dispatch, logistics, and administration is a bonus.

    • Must be a team player, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure environments.

    Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

    • Versending & Logistiek:

      • Berei, kontroleer en versend kliëntbestellings akkuraat en betyds.

      • Verifieer voorraad teen fakture en afleweringsnote voor versending.

      • Koördineer daaglikse afleweringskedules met bestuurders en werkswinkelpersoneel.

      • Verseker die regte etikettering, dokumentasie en afleweringsbewysprosedures.

      • Volg uitstaande aflewerings op en los versendingsverwante navrae op.

      • Handhaaf akkurate versendingsrekords en lêerstelsels.

      • Help met voorraadbeheer, voorraadopnames en algemene werkswinkel take.

      • Verseker dat laai en aflaai veilig gedoen word volgens maatskappyprosedures.

    • Voorraad- en Administratiewe Take:

      • Voer versendingsinligting akkuraat in die sisteem in.

      • Meld beskadigde, ontbrekende of verkeerde voorraad dadelik.

      • Kommunikeer met verkoops personeel oor bestellings wat gereed is en kliëntversamelings.

      • Handhaaf netheid en organisasie van die versendingsarea.

    • Ligte Sosiale Media Bemarking:

      • Help met die neem van foto's van nuwe voorraad, promosies en winkeluitstallings.

      • "Post" goedgekeurde inhoud op die maatskappy se sosiale media platforms (bv. Facebook).

      • Beantwoord basiese kliëntnavrae op sosiale media onder bestuur se leiding.

      • Deel promosionele spesiale aanbiedings en bemarkingsveldtogte soos opdrag.

      • Ondersteun die handhawing van 'n positiewe aanlyn-teenwoordigheid vir die winkel.

    • Algemene Take:
